Air Filtration SystemsTENKAY GT Filter Houses TENKAY GT self-cleaning systems for stationary gas turbine are ideal answer for high efficiency air filtration in hostile environments. Fully tested in both laboratory and in the field, the TENKAY GT offers the assurance of continuous operation, even under the most severe conditions from sandstorms to ice and snow. CamPulse EF Filtration System (Cross-Flow) CamPulse air filter systems are designed to protect rotating machinery operating in high dust load environments where conventional static systems suffer from frequent service intervals resulting in reducing availability, frequent shut-downs & high maintenance cost. CamPulse is a single stage automatic self-cleaning barrier filter using multiple cylindrical and conical filter elements. The filter elements are arranged horizontally in rows and sealed positively against the clean air chamber. CamPulse system consistently maintains average operating pressure levels without sacrificing filtration efficiency. This is accomplished by the unique media used and the regular automatic self-cleaning of the filter elements. Actual pressure drop variations over time are impossible to predict. However, a typical design range of 500 to 1000Pa provides optimum efficiency and the most economical applications. Pre-Coolers (Evaporative Cooler) Pre-coolers are installed with the CamPulse system, to reduce the air temperature by (adiabatic) humidifying the air. This increases the density of air and thus the mass flow of the air enters into gas turbine. Which in turn helps the turbine to increase its output over a turbine operates at ambient air conditions. The Pre-cooler consists of a Control panel, a self supporting stainless steel housing, the pads (Glacier-Cor), droplet separators, a set of piping, temperature sensors, Hygrometer, cabling which is inter connected to pumps, skid and stainless steel housing. The function is achieved by distributing water equally over rows of structured media, so that this media is wetted from the top to the bottom (vertically). Through the media, air is flowing horizontally and is both humidified and cooled simultaneously. |
